Tree Star Doula Services: Compassionate Support for Life's Thresholds

Tree Star is a name born from a memory and a mission.  Here, we provide compassionate support and grounded clarity, helping you navigate life’s most significant changes. This is what we call thresholds.

A threshold is a crossing point: birth, postpartum, death, identity shifts, spiritual transformation, grief, creative emergence, new beginnings, and all seasons of profound change. Each threshold invites us to release what was and embrace who we are becoming.

Trees anchor us in the present. They hold memories in their rings, signify change through each season, and teach us the importance of staying grounded.

Stars stretch beyond our sight. They provide patterns, perspective, and serve as a reminder that life and death are part of a sacred, ongoing cycle.

In a previous season of my career, I managed a nonprofit operations team. I often shared with my staff that while some miss the forest for the trees, I tended to overlook the trees for the forest and stars. My broad vision sometimes made it challenging to focus on the one tree that required attention. My journey as a doula transformed this perspective for me.

Being a doula is my tree. An invitation to return to presence through providing embodied, personalized care amidst the very real thresholds we all encounter. 

As a doula, I offer grounded, compassionate support for birth and postpartum, and death. Additionally, as an astrologer or doula for the soul, I look to the stars as a mirror revealing new meaning and pathways forward through seasons of change.

Together, Tree Star embodies the dual nature of my practice. Both symbols reflect our work around thresholds: the tree grounds us in the tangible realities of life and death, while the star illuminates what lies just beyond our reach.

In both roles, I serve as a witness and companion by walking alongside you and providing clarity, compassion, and respect for your own inner knowing.
